The club are hosting a comedy night on Friday 5th May 2017 at the South Western Social Club, Corkerhill Gardens, G52 1SE. We have four award winning comedians lined up for the evening and tickets, which are available from any committee member, are only £10.
The MC for the night is Gus Lymburn, winner of the Scottish Comedy awards “Best Compere” 2016, and he is joined by Eddy Brimson, who took the bronze medal at the English Comedian of the Year Final 2016, Rahul Koli, himself chosen as “Pick of Edinburgh Fringe 2016′ by BBC Radio 4, The Huffington Post and The Skinny, is also lined up to bring on the laughs.
The headline act is Mark Nelson, winner of Scottish of the Year 2006 and being crowned 2015’s Best Headliner at the Scottish Comedy Awards.
It promises to be a cracking night so come along, have a laugh and help the Ants raise some much needed funds.
