Ants come back from two down to share points

The Ants made a return to action at McKenna Park to face Lanark and it looked like the visitors would take all 3 points when they took a 2 goal lead. CAMERON LAWSON opened the scoring from close range in the 38th minute before KIERAN MCGURK added a second from 35 yards with 56 minutes on the clock although Lanark had keeper Halford to thank for their clean sheet to this stage as he produced a number of good saves to thwart the Ants. To their credit though the Ants came roaring back when GRANT KELLY reduced the deficit two minutes later and then substitute KYLE BROWN levelled after 63 minutes. The Ants pushed for a winner but Halford in the Lanark goal proved tough to beat and the match finished 2-2.
